The centerpiece of the Marion County Fair is the midway! With the urbanization of Marion County and Indianapolis, the farmland and livestock that used to reside here has dwindled. So while we may not be able to boast as many animals on display as other county fairs, we can certainly stack our midway up against any of them! Ran by North American Midway Entertainment, the world’s largest traveling outdoor amusement park! They bring a thrilling midway experience!

Marion County 4-H
The Marion County Fair has worked in partnership with the Marion County 4-H program for years. The fairgrounds and fair serve as a venue where youth in Marion County who participate in 4-H can display their work and compete against others to earn trophies, ribbons and entries into the Indiana State Fair competitions. The fair provides a platform to display the work of these youth and helps them gain valuable experience in presentation skills and competition-based learning opportunities.
4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship and life skills! The Marion County 4-H office is the overseeing entity for those who wish to participate in this county.
